Details

If you live or are visiting the Lake District you are welcome to call in for advice and an assessment of your down equipment. Please bear in mind that we are a mail order manufacturer and do not have a public retail outlet, however, we will be pleased to see you if you can make an appointment at least 24 hours before hand.

If you can't visit...fill in the details on the order form, making sure we have your daytime and evening phone numbers. When we have assessed your equipment we will contact you, listen to your requirements and then give you the most economical and effective option to get your down equipment back into first class order.

When you send your down equipment to us, we recommend that you use your local Post Office. Please allow at least 14 days for your order to be processed and returned. We can, if you wish offer an express 48 hour service.
